Week old chick only eats cooked egg yolk

Hello, and welcome to BYC. Try adding some mashed/cooked egg yolk to moistened feed. Also give the chick a mirror for company or get more chicks.

Welcome to Backyard Chickens. You can give the lonely chick a stuffed animal to cuddle with so it doesn't feel so alone.

Water in the feed is a good idea, if it were me I would probably mix the egg into the feed and slowly put less and less until they are just eating the food

Ah, thank you all so much for the warm welcome and for the advice! I have tried adding water into the feed and my chick is starting to eat it! Although I still have to feed it to them with a toothpick since they dont want to eat it from the bowl.

I actually bought two other chicks from the market to keep them company but I couldn't keep them together since they'll start fighting...

I wonder if Penguin is a Black Australorp chick. That type of coloring generally is indictive of one.
