week old chick possible prolapsed butt

any one who can help i would be grateful i have americana
1 week old chicks i have one in particular who has very watery diarrhea and a bloody bottom not blood in her diarrhea my husband thinks her butt has prolapsed i'm trying to get her to drink more water she's eating fine i have seperated her from the other chicks she does not have a pasty bottom other wise she seems to be a healthy chick she is smaller than the others she is eating a medicated chick starter i get from IFA please tell me what else there is i can do

Try adding electrolytes to her water and add ground up oatmeal to her food. The electrolytes will help and the oatmeal will dry up the diahhrea. If that doesn't work then you can go from their. Hope it gets better.
