Week old chicken poop

Hey all! I have week old silkies and one is pooping green. They are on medicated food. She is still eating and drinking not acting weird. I thought it was a worm at first but it wasn’t moving. Any ideas? Should I worry?

Just medicated chick food and yes she is.

I feed mine medicated as well. I had one that had slightly grew color but she was wasn’t eating like the other seven. In the second week, she started feeding like the others and everything was fine. I had to separate her for a couple of days to make sure that she was eating and that things were improving. It was about the third day when she progressed to normal color.

Thats a bright green for sure. Has there been any change/

We used a little bit of Apple cider vinegar and it helped. We haven’t seen anymore poop like that.
