Week old chicks always opening mouths

Hi. We just got three baby chicks aged one week. But for a little while now I've noticed one of them is always keeping her mouth open. It looks cute but I'm worried it could be heat exhaustion. Is it? Please help me. Thank you and all answers are appreciated.
