Week old chicks attacking each other!

I have 10 chicks each 1week old. They keep on pecking at each other and making them bleed so I separated the two aggressive ones how do I stop them. Here is what I did.
I just put the small one in the large one so they all have warmth. I also put some enrichment in for the Aggressive ones.

It was worse with the others but I cleaned them up.

The good news is that this aggressive behavior is mostly new chick curiosity, and it is transient. It usually subsides between two and three weeks.
