week old chicks with black runny poo....Normal? Please help

Hi- I have 30 Red Star baby chicks. A few of them are pooping black sticky poo. Is this normal? Should I watch and try to see who's doing it and separate them? This just started last evening.

Black and sticky poop usuallu indicates digested blood. How are the chicks acting otherwise? I'd seperate if you can.
