It was a bittersweet weekend. 15 BBS Swedish ducklings hatched in my LG, the most ever

The sad part, by some freak happening, one of my cats ripped 2 ducklings out of the cage from between the skinny bars, another duckling drowned in a tiny bowl of water (I am guessing another duckling sat on it and held it under the water) and the last 2 to hatch are having developmental issues.

I ordered a blue swed from ideal and they gave me a black

I love the blues! A blue swedish drake was my first rescue/ duck in general. Good luck! I know you will have fun with the little fuzzy butts!

I have an Adult Black pair and 2 Blue females, they are the parents of this group. I'm not sure how many of these I will keep, but I will enjoy them til I decide lol.

I would like friendlier breeders, but yet the Quad I have is evidently doing a great job delivering fertile eggs. I might try to keep a couple girls...anyone know how to sex them?

Wifezilla did a thread explaining vent sexing, I just dont know where i put it! Other than that, you'll have to wait for quacks and such i believe.
