You should be happy with that. I have an old Chinoise that has been in the family for generations. It works fine but to clean it well I take it outside and hose it!

My mom had one of the cone ones with the pestle, but it was just one size of holes. This one has three plates with different hole sizes. Some have a 4th plate with extra small holes that can remove the seeds from things like blackberries and strawberries.

I could've gone with a name brand one but this one has great reviews, and the price was right.
