I have an egg in the 'bator that is weeping a bit....discard or wait and see?

That's a sure sign of a STINKER. It might "blow" and ruin your hatch.
Handle it like nitro-glycerin, slowly placing it in a plastic bag, a prayer wouldn't hurt at this juncture, then carefully moving it outdoors.

Ooooooohhhhhh..... get rid of it fast and carefully - that sucker is rotten and it will explode if left in your incubator.

Nasty nasty - I had one of those after only 2 days and it was a real stinker - literally. It smelled like sulphur and had adhered to the plastic turner cup.
