weight of my chickens

Hi. I have several Dominique pullets that are 5 months old. So far no eggs. I picked one up today and her drumsticks were so tiny.
I am feeding them Dumor layer 16% protein with a little cracked corn. Is there something better I should be feeding them.

5 months could be a little to soon for them to lay. You'll just have to watch their behaviors to know when they are ready to lay. It sounds like you are doing everything OK to me.
