weird behavior from pullets

i have six pullets that are 10 weeks old and are moving outside tomarrow. but i have a problem when i take the pullets outside they immediatley start fighting thell fight for about 5 minutes and sometimes draw blood! but after about 5 mins they calm down and everyone is angels:/

Could this be a pecking order issue?

The good thing is that your girls are moving full time outside tomorrow you said, right? Hopefully that ends the problem.
