Weird behavior today-- illness?

I am so sorry that she went so fast. At least she is not suffering. Do you feel like you could open her abdomen and look for egg matter in her belly? Doing a necropsy can sometimes point to a cause of death. It is fine if you can't do it, or have already disposed of her body. It is hard to do that to a pet chicken. If refrigerated right away, the body can also be shipped on ice packs to your state vet for a necropsy.

I thought I might either check her out myself or send her for more info, but my husband took care of her body before I got a chance.
