Weird Behavior

She usually does it when other chickens come towards her and start to get in her space. I can walk towards her and she starts puffing up.

Oh, she does? I guess she must be broody. Does she lay eggs at all? A good way to break her is to keep removing her from the nest or somehow block off the nesting boxes. Locking them in a cage with food and water a lot of people do also.

She may be 'pre-broody'...looks like broody posturing to me.
I'd not do anything until you find her sitting a nest for most the day and all night for 2-3 days running.
