Weird behavior?

My young Brahma hen constantly screws her head and neck in circles. Kind of what you or I would do if there was a pill or something stuck in our throat. She eats, drinks, poops and lays normally and I have felt her over, nothing, watched her for periods of time... Everything appears normal chicken behavior except the head screwing. Ant thoughts?
