Hey guys long time no see. Fortunately my chickens have been doing great. But there is this thing that I've noticed 20 minutes ago with a 2.5 months old chick. I don't know how to explain so I will show you.

Excuse the quality, it's getting dark. You see that "hole" between the nostril and the eye? It's visibly moving as the chick breathes, inflating and deflating. It isn't constant. When she isn't doing it, it looks like this. No other chick has this hole.

I also heard her breath. It didn't sound like she has any liquid in there, just noisy breathing. I'm curious what this might be. Not even sure if these are symptoms for anything but better safe than sorry right?
