Weird bump on chicken's beak

My chicken has had these weird bumps showing up in the past few days can anyone tell me what they are and how to cure them ?

How is your chick doing?
Do you notice any of those scabs inside the beak as well?
She may have Fowl Pox which is spread by mosquitoes, you can try putting Iodine on the scabs to help them heal and dry up. Don't pick off the scabs. Keep her water station cleaned daily. If she is not eating and drinking - do the best you can to keep her hydrated. Offer some poultry vitamins to her water and see that she eats her chick starter. If you have vet care, that's always best.
