Weird chick butt on newly hatched chick

Chick still in the incubator and moving about fine but I think something is wrong. It's bum looks egg-like, there's a little (umbilical?) cord thing coming out of it and a sort of dried up small raisin-type thing at the end of it. The chick doesn't seem distressed.

Any ideas? Any hope?

It's probably just it's umbilical cord. Leave it alone and it should fall off in a few days.
