Weird chick eyes

So I have a batch of chick I hatched out wednesday. One of them has some kind of problem with her eyes. It is like they don't quite line up in the socket, she has excessive tearing, and two lumps on the top of her head over her eyes. Anyone have any Ideas what this could be? One eye looks better than the other one. Do you think it is a deformity or some kind of sickness? Anyone had this happen? Is there anything I can do for her? I will try to get some pictures.

I don't think they are dehydrated, they have plenty of water, and know where it is.. I can't get any good pictures, my camera won't focus that close.
