Weird Color Mutations on Jumbo Browns and Manchurians

I have 30 coturnix that are a few weeks old and the Jumbo Browns out of this batch have some weird coloring. Some of the roosters have a red face, and I don't mean tinted it is the same color as their chests except darker. Then I have a Jumbo Brown hen that is really light and has white on her chest and some around the wing. Okay, lastly I have a Manchurian/Italian that has a black mask and red patches on it's back. Any ideas? Is this some weird fluke or have you guys seen this? I actually just noticed this!

Thanks, I'll enjoy the rest tomorrow. Now I'm off to go swimming and then fall asleep in the hot tub. Thank God for auto waterers and stove pipe to extend feeders. Without them I'd still be at hope eating leftover cornbread.
