weird crumbly poop - is this normal?

OK, I think it's one of the plants below. I don't know what they are.

I don't think either of them is something to be concerned about. Top one looks possibly like a chicory, bottom one is likely either Cat's Ear or Hawkweed. Can't see any leaves, or fresh blooms so just a guess. I'm certainly not an expert, but I do look up plants in my pasture when I don't know what they are. This may help, if not now them maybe in spring or summer next year when they flower:

Thank you so much! Good to know these plants are probably OK. I will take a look at the guide you linked, and will also consult with a booklet I have on invasive plants that is specific to Okanogan County, where we live. I'm really bad at plant ID, only know a few.
