Weird deflated eggs from seemingly healthy chickens?

Hey all. I have been wondering about some weird eggs I have been getting from my barred rock hens. For a while there I would find a soft-shelled and deflated egg on the floor of the coop right under the roost, and this would happen once every week or two. I didn't think much of it because they seem perfectly healthy, no strange behaviors or anything. Now it's been happening every day for the past three days and I'm a bit concerned something could be wrong. It seems to be just one of the girls who is laying those eggs, because I always find at least two good eggs in the nest box every day (other than the fact that I get a watery egg white somewhat frequently). Anyone have ideas? I have a picture of one of the weird eggs attached. Thanks in advance.

They eat Naturewise 16% protein layer crumbles with oyster shell mixed into it, I divide maybe 4 or 5 grapes among the three of them about every other day as treats (sometimes every day), and they free range all day.
Do you feed any other treats?

Oyster shell does not need to be mixed into a layer type feed because a layer type feed should have enough calcium in it.
If you would like to continue feeding oyster shell do it on the side... Just leave it in a dish on the side so they can choose to eat some when they want.

Do you have any respiratory type illness or disease in your flock?
Are any of the birds' eyes bubbly?
Any swollen eyes?

I don't feed any other types of treats. Sometimes they will eat random greens or weeds from the ground out of my hand, but I figure they would do that anyways. I also haven't noticed anything bubbly, swollen, or otherwise off about their eyes. I don't believe there is any respiratory illness in the flock. They seem perfectly healthy. I don't clean the coop super often (maybe every 2 to 3 weeks), but they only really spend the night in there so I doubt that is making them sick.

How old are your birds and how long have you had them?
Have you brought any new to you birds home in the last couple of months?

I got the birds as babies and they are now about 7 and a half months old, and have been laying for 2 or 3 months now. About four months ago I brought home 3 new chicks. Those three chicks went outside for the first time at maybe 3 weeks of age and have only had much physical contact with the adult birds in the past few weeks. I also brought home 3 more chicks 5 weeks ago and they have stayed almost completely indoors.
