WEIRD duck behavior while swimmming

I noticed this behavior a couple days ago. I thought it wasn’t a big deal but when ever i walk them to the lake for a swim they do it again. And it’s only one of them that does it. Why is she doing this? And is it normal or something else?

yes the one in the water- ruffling his feathers and opening and closing his bill

I have a duck that is doing that also but it seems to be fine otherwise.

The ruffling looks like bathing (not a great bath but still a bath lol)

The mouth thing I don't think I have seen that myself.

Was he eating before getting in the tub? Maybe he is adjusting his crop....
