never had an egg like this, does this just mean I need to give them more oyster shells?

That is really weird.
Are those wood chips inside of the egg? Could she have eaten wood chips and than laid them as eggs? That would be really weird.
Shelless eggs could mean they need oyster shells, or it could just be a once-in-a-life-time problem.

When I found this the shaving around it were wet so I'm thinking the wet park was yolk. No shavings in it. I have 4 new layers so not sure if it's one of them or my other ones.

Oh. Okay.
I've had shelless eggs like that. Sometimes its when a hen needs calcium. Offering oyster shells will make it so you don't have to worry about that being the problem.

Its really cool when shelless eggs don't break! They feel like a water balloon.

The digestive system and reproductive systems are separate...so no.

Probably one of your new layers, softshell eggs are not unusual in new layers.
Even older hens can drop one once in a while, especially if they are starting or ending a molt.

Got another one today (2 in 2 days)

Are these large adult sized eggs or small pullet sized eggs?
Are you around enough to watch who might be laying it?

Stuff like this is hard to figure out unless you can invest the time to observe closely.
I'm mostly retired and work from home so it's easy for me to say and do, 'keep a close eye on things'.
Even then, it's hard to catch them in the act to figure out who is doing what.

I believe it is from one of my pullets. Unfortunately I am not able to spend enough time watching to figure out which of my 14 it's coming from.
