Weird Egg

Can someone tell me why my buff is laying these types of eggs? Her eggs the last few weeks have been like this. They are all hard and not soft. The crack is hard too and not soft

Couple other questions not My easter egger just started laying and her first 2 eggs are very small. Can eggs get bigger after a while?

Yes eggs get bigger in the first several weeks a pullet is laying... eventually reaching normal size for the breed.

The egg shown has had trauma of some sort cause a break in the shell that was mended prior to expulsion

Have a question- just grabbed a freshly laid egg,it was hot and the shell bent under my fingers. All other eggs are very firm and have never been soft. They eat layer pellets almost exclusively.

Inadequate shelling..... any number of causes, but nothing to worry about unless it becomes a routine occurrence

With it being consistent i almost wonder if there has not been a trauma to the tract or surrounding structures that had changed the lay of the land so to speak

Pic does not look like a 'repaired' crack to me...is it leaking.
Is shell thin around cracked area?
How old is bird?

The crack is not leaking and the whole egg is hard as a rock. I stuck the crack with a then stick and it was hard as a rock as well.

My girl is a year and eight months old and this only started happening recently
