Weird egg

I have 6 chickens that are approximately 22 weeks old, Red Sex Links, of which 4 are laying consistently now. I received a 5th egg yesterday--see pictures below. I have never seen anything like this. Does anyone have insight as to what caused this? Is this just a weird occurrence or should I be worried?

It's a soft egg. They lay them sometimes if they are running low on calcium. Are you offering oyster shell or toasted eggshells?

Thank you. I will look into increasing their calcium.

Looks like the last membrane stage was not completed, nor was the shelling.
Could be a major organ malfunction or a one off glitch.
