Sometimes hens lay a soft-shell egg, which happens when the egg comes out before it has a full, hard shell. This can happen if the hen is stressed, laying too fast, or doesn’t have enough calcium, even if she has oyster shell to eat. After laying a soft-shell egg, her egg-making gland can be a little off-balance. The next egg might come out fully hard but with little circular bumps or dimples on the shell. The bumps are just on the outside—the inside of the egg is normal and safe to eat. This usually happens only occasionally and should go back to normal on its own if I’m correct, especially if the hen has a good diet. This is my idea of what might be going on, though maybe someone else knows better.

I gave them some high protein foods and extra people food and it seemed to help. but im not sure it may have been something else.
