I inherited seven hens one week ago: 4 white leghorns, one plymouth barred rock, one rhode island red, and one welsummer "mix". These are the eggs we've gotten so far- (except for the first one I dropped and broke, two I found a leghorn eating, and one "rubbery" one that didn't have an outer shell) - so what about this tiny egg? Is this normal? The person who gave us the hens said that they are around three years old, and that the leghorns came from someone from Texas A&M who hatched them for an experiment....

It's what is called a fart egg. No big deal, just some come out small. I wouldn't worry about it.
