Yes, I wish it was that easy WhetzelMomma. Gaglerslove is correct. She is the alpha hen- though she doesn't seem to care as much about my goodies as the others. Sometimes I think she is just too smart as she will just stand there looking at me patiently waiting for something better. She will let the others eat and not peck them away. If her runner-up pecks the others or even her then she will show that one who is the boss.
She used to lay just fine. But now I don't get anything anymore.
WhetzelMomma, what do you make of the bare bellies? No mites and they're not broody. One of them doesn't have the nakedness at all. So strange.....
