So long story short, I had 22 guineas and lost 20 of them to coccidia/they were a bad batch. Anyway, I have 2 alive at 5 weeks and one of them has this weird sunken in eye. I don't think it has vision in the eye since it always looks around with its other eye.

I tried to snap a few pictures.

Right eye is normal, left eye is weird and sunken.

I'm sorry to hear about the loss of almost all of your guineas!
Although it definitely looks abnormal, it's hard to tell exactly what's going on by the pictures. Is the eye cloudy or discolored at all? If you can get a better picture of that eye it would help.
I would say that even if the guinea is blind in that eye, he/she may do just fine with just one good eye. Guineas are very hardy and tend to compensate well and will often overcome disabilities without a lot of problems.
