Weird Feather Loss

Hey all,
I have a roo that has had beautiful plumage his entire life. About 3 months ago, he started to lose his outer feathers, and there was this scruffy down left beneath. I just thought because of the heat he was molting or something?
Anyway, seems to be getting worse. It's only him. 5 hen with him and it hasn't effected any of them yet (maybe mites or mange or something was my thought?).
I've attached a pic or two if anyone can help me identify this problem.

I figured as much. I know who the culprit is too! She's been doing this off an on with certain birds for years. Blonde sex link named Sally. Not sure what to do about it.

Sounds like Sally has an ingrained bad habit. I'm not a big fan of pinless peepers, but she sounds like a prime candidate.

What do you mean? What is a "pinless peeper"?

Pin Less Peepers are a product that affixes to the beak of the bird doing the feather plucking. They can stop the behavior, and sometimes even break the habit.
