It probably had a congenital defect and that's why it failed to hatch on it own. Nothing to do with shrink wrapping. That sad truth is it'll probably die slowly over 3 days when it's yolk is absorbed or you'll need to cull it.

You can try some oral supplements of it seems like the duckling can handle it. If it's not able to swallow don't give them. Nutri-Drench for poultry or Poultry RX are readily available at most farm stores. It's a Hail Mary so don't put a ton of faith into these as a miracle cure. But sometimes they surprise you and it won't hurt as long as he can swallow it down.

There are some things that you can do for it's feet like taping. Sometimes that's successful. Sometimes not. That's secondary to the lethargy and getting him eating, perked up. Try the supplements today and see where that gets you. Then take on the feet.

Ok thanks but all the guts are absorbed it’s just the legs are a little bit twisted those guts you saw were not that ducks it was just what came out of every egg

I didn't base anything I wrote on the pictures. Just your description of the bird in question and my own, almost always negative, experience with assisted hatching. Being fully absorbed is excellent but does not indicate a healthy chick/duckling.

@Duck hatcher 20 How's you little one today? Did he perk up since yesterday? Ready to tackle the feet/leg issue?
Yes thank you so much for checking on him yes he is doing great his feet are getting better and he is still smaller than the rest of them but he is fine now and looks great and is sounding great 👍 thanks for checking on him and happy hatching
