We have about a 5 month old golden comet, who has laid two or so eggs in the last week, everything is fine. Today she 'passed' one normal egg, AND two watery shellless eggs. Currently she is standing, stationary, eyes closed, waiting for something.....What's up?

It's pretty normal to occasionally pass a shell less egg. Happens to everyone now & then.

If the eggs don't firm up in a couple of days to maybe a week she may have a parasite. They get them from wild birds. You may want to treat for that if she doesn't start laying better.

As far as standing - who knows - maybe she is tired?

I used to have a border collie that would herd my chickens and it got to the point where the chickens would sit in one spot for hours on end. It actually got to the point where you could pick the chickens up move them ad them still wouldn't move. Never had anything wrong with them, just being "good" chickens. When we sold the dog (he was bitey and ran out of herd animals) the chickens regained movement in a week. Hope it helps!
