This is about a quinea fowl actually but I don't think that matters. The bird has been just laying on the floor of the coop for a couple days. I was able to pick it up this morning with no complaint. It has soft fairly bright green stool smeared around on it's feathers. It's vent is not plugged but it does seem very swollen and bald from the back end up the sides a little bit. It appears to be hobbling some too. I'm thinking I'll just slaughter it but should it be eaten? Thanks

I know nothing at all about guinea hens, but the last time one of our chickens has bright green poo, it was bile in her poo because she was not getting enough to eat. She was VERY thin, and it happened very fast. I don't know if it was caused by a disease or something that would make the fowl uneatable.
