Weird help please

My chick is holding its head down all the time help whats wrong

How old is the chick? How long has it been doing this? Any other symptoms? Is it able to eat/drink? Can you get a picture of what it's doing?

We had a 4 day old chick doing the same thing, unfortunately, it died on day 5. Hoping you have better luck. :-(

Would a little sugar in the water help?

I always give warm gatorade.

It is able to eat and drink about a day its ben lasting its 3 weeks old smallest and no other symptoms

Can it raise it's head up when you pick it up?? I'm wondering if it's head is down because it's not feeling well or if the head is "stuck" that way, like wry neck or an injury....

it can pull its head up to the 0 degree line but thats it not even when i pick it up

Look up Wry Neck on this site and see if the symptoms match your chick's. If so, you can probably turn things around with speedy treatment. We had a two week old that developed Wry Neck and although it took nearly a week of eye dropper feedings of baby vitamins without iron and egg yolk, our chick pulled through and is one of our more dominant chickens now.
