Weird hen behavior?

Well aart. I used a Qtip down into her throat with help opening her beak. Also using a bright headlamp I could find no red worms from the swab. She's enjoying apple cider vinegar water. I think she's going to be fine. Her crop is less squishy. Mayb this has been the prob all along since I just found out the hens never foraged in grass much until I got them.
 
:hmm Soo, my Ms. Clara I've been monitoring decided to get worse after a day back in with the other five. So she's confined getting massages of her crop and gagging almost immideately afterwards. Some gurgling but nothing coming up up.?? This is my first rodeo with sour crop. She's had zero food and only water for 12 hrs. I've read about red wine treatment, and I'm curious for more feedback on what else I should be doing. Thanks!
