Weird humming?

A couple of my girls have been making a humming sound the last day or so. It’s pretty constant. I’m not sure if something is wrong or not. I just had to start treating for coccidiosis in the last 24 hours as well. Could it be related?? I’m kind of freaking out.

Could you get a video? That would help us tell what may be wrong.
Could it be wheezing? Is your coop pretty clean or is it more dusty? Anything they could be breathing in causing the humming?
If they're all acting normal don't worry too much.

How old are your birds?
What does there living space look like? Is there something that could be causing lung irritation or wheezing, such as pine shavings?
What were the symptoms you saw that caused you to treat for coccidiosis?
