Weird illness in BCM hen

I’ve kept chickens for years and seen a couple illnesses. But I’ve never seen what my little BCM hen has right now. She’s lethargic, off balance, and has a black comb on one side. She eats a little, but not much. Though she still weighs almost normal.
I don’t think it’s Mareks because that usually kills them quickly and she’s had this since Monday (Thursday today). She doesn’t sit in the side-straddle leg position either.
She has a little mess by her tail feathers, but I think it’s from roosting on the ground, not from diarrhea.
She doesn’t have lice or mites. And she’s 2-3 years old (at least), so I don’t think fowl pox would affect her this much. Plus it’s not black dots so much as solid black.
Anyone see anything like this before?
The rest of my flock seems fine. They have a large pen and LOTS of space to free range.

The above pics show that she doesn’t have lice or mites by her comb, an above view to show her posture on the ground, the black side of her comb, and the red side of her comb.
I’m wondering if it’s an injury from being attacked by a hawk or something. I have LGDs that protect my flock, so it’s possible she was attacked and the dogs chased away the hawk.

It looks like dried blood on her comb.

I'd look her over really well for any hidden injuries or bruising.

Work on getting her drinking. Electrolytes or sugar water, then offer a little wet feed.

It's hard to see her beak and face in the photos, is there any dried blood on the beak or does she have a cracked or broken beak?

I agree, it looks like dried blood on the comb, even a small wound can bleed a lot there.
How old is she? It's also possible that a health problem caused her to be pecked by other birds in the flock causing the bloody comb. Do give her a good going over, look for anything off, check crop function, feel her abdomen for any bloat.
(Love your profile picture! :love )

Yes, I’ll work on getting her to drink more. I’m tending toward an injury, too, rather hen illness. She’s in a quiet side coop, so hopefully with rest and liquids she’ll heal. 🙏
