Weird looking egg.

One of my hens was acting funny yesterday evening. And today she laid an egg. But the egg was very soft, no shell at all. And other gooey stuff came with it. She's still acting different, but staying close to My other chickens. Is she going to be ok? Should I be concerned?

How old is she? Is she just starting to lay? If so she is trying to get her system synced.

She did just start. I'd say just a month ago. Is it normal for her to be acting weird. Kinda slow. But her color is good and she is staying with the flock today

She's about 24 weeks

I would say as long as she is eating and drinking she will be fine. It is a strange feeling for the pullets to lay and they are not use to it so they can act a bit different.
