Weird Pimple like thing on my roosters back.

There a weird Pimple like thing on my rooster back. It doesn't seems to hurt him when i touch it and I also squeezed it (probably bad idea) but when i did it seemed like watery blood came out. I tried to get a picture of it but the picture was really blurry. Also he seems to act normal. What could it be. If needed I will try to get a better picture of it.

Is this what you saw at the base of the tail? If so that is the
Uropygeal gland so he can clean his feathers. Do not pick at this.

So its not anything bad? Also it is at the base of the tale but it doesn't look like that.

I call it the preen gland. All chickens have one, not just roosters. It's nothing bad.
