Weird poop?

Hi everyone,
I have a hen who hasn’t been eating much and now she has this poop.. does this show anything obvious?

That looks like poop from a bird who hasn't been eating much. Why hasn't she been eating? Egg bound, crop issues, injury, worms, other chickens keeping her from a feeder? Not eating is a problem.
 
yeah She has ascites and scaly leg mites that I am taking care of... is that all that is noticeable in her poop?
