Weird Poop

What’s with this? found in the coop this morning.

It looks like runny poop in the shape of intestines, possibly leading to diarrhea. What is the chicken eating? Have you wormed your flock recently, or could you get some fresh droppings checked for worms. Poop color and consistency depends on what they are eating, how much water they are taking, and if there are cecal droppings.
