It's been hot here. We have had close to record breaking temps. I'm watching them close to make sure they have plenty of cool water. I use hydra-hen. Yesterday a couple of the girls looked pretty droopy during the hottest part of the day. We were really humid also. What's the weather like? Are all the poops like that or just on occasion?
I don't really see any blood, but it's hard to tell. If you see blood in the poop, then it wouldn't hurt to treat with Corid.
Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.

This morning they seem fine. Every body is doing g their usual. Do you have any suggestions to help cool them off?
Thank you for your response.
The run is their temporary home. Sunday we build the coop. It has a shade cover over one end with shade from the house also. Their food and water are in the shade. I monitor water temps regularly during the heat of the day. I'm narrowing down who is pooping the dark brown runny stuff. It's one of my GLWs.I'd provide a water station with plain clean water, I understand a lot of folks give only electrolytes, but I feel they need to have plain water too.
The weather has been miserable here, hot and humid too.
Not sure what your coop/run setup is like - try to provide them with some shade, deep shade if possible. Make sure you coop is well ventilated.
I hang up shade cloths to block direct sun in most of the runs, this does make a difference if your coop/run doesn't have natural shade from trees.
