One of my 18 week old pullets just had this poop. Normal?
No other symptoms. She is starting to molt but that’s it.

What has she been eating including extras? It looks orange and yellow in the picture. I would watch her behavior and take pictures of the next droppings. Is she lethargic or acting normal, eating and drinking?
She free ranges a couple hours a day. Their feed is Kalmbach layer crumbles. She gets meal worms as a treat but that’s it.
She’s acting normal, eating and drinking.
It’s like orange (mucus?) on top.

It could just be a cap of cecal poop, that happens about every 10 dropping or so. It's usually different color and consistency than regular poop, and often stinkier. Color can vary with whatever they are eating. If it is happening more often than that, could be a problem. Keeping an eye on her, and it, is a good idea, just to make sure there is no other issue. Red, orange or yellow can sometimes mean a health problem, but it's also possible it's from something she ate.
This article explains cecal poop, and has a few pictures:
