The chick is standing upright. She has been sitting down a lot more than usual. I can correct her posture by holding her bottom in the right position, but she sits down very quickly and can’t go back to standing normal without help.
She’s only about two months old by now.
We got her from the store with some other chicks. The other chick of the same type we got died of sickness, so maybe something was wrong with the parents and the chicks aren’t able to deal with sickness? The other four we have are standing completely normally and are also acting normal. Our adult chickens are too.
Here’s some examples of how she’s standing

She has been eating and drinking from what I can tell. About 2 weeks ago, if she got separated from the other chicks, she’d be peeping but she isn’t doing that. She’s on the porch right now

Have you looked st her bottom to see if it's clean, dirty, or normal looking? When did this odd posture begin? If there's anything unusual about its vent, go ahead and post a picture.

The posture started two days ago, but I was able to correct her posture by moving her back to the correct position and she stayed fine for the rest of the day both times.
I will send pictures as soon as possible, but all that i noticed was that she had a turd sticking to her butt fluff, which I got out.

How's her crop? Can you check it first thing in the morning before she eats or drinks and see if it's completely empty? Remove food and water the night before to get an accurate read. What do you feed, including treats? Is crushed granite grit always available? Do you provide plain fresh water?

I checked her bottom and it looks clean.
I checked her crop this morning (didn’t take out food last night, will do tonight) and it’s mostly empty and slightly squishy.
She is fed chick food and hasn’t been given many treats. She may be eating the hens food though, because they are outside with them.
The store we buy from was out of grit so we weren’t able to get it for a little while (which is why they didn’t get treats) but 1-2 weeks ago we were able to get more.
They have fresh water, yeah. We don’t put anything in it

Her posture looks a bit like those with coccidiosis. I would treat her with Corid 2 tsp per gallon for 5-7 days. Chicks should not be allowed to eat layer feed because it has 4 times the calcium they need. That can damage the kidneys. When I have chicks and adults together, I either switch to all flock/flock raiser feed or chick starter grower feed. But be sure to have crushed oyster shell available in a separate container for the layers to take.

Got it, thank you!

I brought her outside for a while to see how she would act.
I moved her back up (to where it should be) and it would stay that way for a while.
She would act completely normal for a while, but then her back would go back down (after stepping up, laying down or jumping)
At one point, she got up on her own completely fine

Agreed.
