Weird posture—Standing upright

An update on this if anyone wants to hear more—she was given the corid water and still hasn’t gotten better (or I guess, she has gotten somewhat better, because she walks around and eats on her own, but her posture hasn’t changed at all). She also hasn’t gotten worse though. She has grown a lot less than the others she was being raised with beforehand.
She doesn’t seem to be in pain or suffering, but I’m worried that it might be cruel to keep her alive.
What do you guys think?

She may have some type of developmental or genetic issue.

It's hard to know. It would be up to you to determine the quality of life that she has.

Could you ask your regular vet if they could do a fecal float and gram stain on some of her fresh droppings to look for coccidiosis or enteritis? Some chick vitamins or Poultry NutriDrench 1 ml orally might help. Sorry that she is not all better.
