Is this normal, I'm scared.
Took them outside for the first time and noticed this.

That's likely a sign of Coccidiosis, which can be common in chicks. I would get some Corid (amprolium) as soon as possible and start treating them with it.
Chick's droppings will look bloody if they have Coccidiosis, and that dropping looks bloody enough to me.

That does not look like a bloody poop to me but I still suggest getting Corid and starting treatment. It will not hurt them and might help. Just don't take the chance.

To me it looks more like the chick shed some material. That happens and is not a big deal.

I've had chickens poop bright red poop after eating cooked beets, well actually cooked beet skins when I was canning beets. I've had chickens pooping fluorescent blue after eating red cabbage. It doesn't look quite like that but have they eaten something red?

Oh I hope it's not. This is hopeful. One chick is shivering but they were outside.
