So my two Silkie Roos got in a fight :(
And the ones eye looks like it has a scab or dried something over it?

It feels like there’s an eye under there but I can’t be positive, it’s also very puffy around the scab/eye so that may be puss

I’m also putting a triple antibiotic cream on it.
I tried to rinse it off and nothing came off , maybe a little bit of brown/dried blood but that’s it.

It looks like damaged skin that needs to heal. Keep applying the ointment and give it time. The skin should heal fine but I'm not sure if the eye will be OK. Of course keep him separated from all other chickens until his wounds are healed.

How long ago did this happen?
It looks to be scabbed over. I would try flushing it with saline, you can also apply a warm compress to see if that helps you work it open. Apply your triple antibiotic ointment.

Is she eating/drinking O.K.?

Welcome to BYC. I would follow the advice given by WyorpRock. The eye needs attention, and I would get it open and cleaned up. Using some Vetericyn or similar Wound spray on the face would be good to clean it because it won’t hurt if it gets in the eye. The Triple Antibiotic Ointment would also be good. Make sure that flies are not a problem, since maggots could then be a problem.

I’ll try flushing it with Saline tomorrow. I am still applying the Triple Antibiotic Ointment.

He’s also eating and drinking fine and he’s acting goofy as per usual.
