Weird shaped Egg?

Hello,

any idea what this egg is about? My hen is healthy but just laid this egg and I dont want anything to happen to her. Just want to make sure this is a one timer.

Nothing to be alarmed about - all sorts of wonky things can happen in the process of an egg moving through the assembly line and it results in some really funky looking eggs.
