Without getting testing, there's really no way to know for sure.
If you lose another, sending the body to your state lab may reveal the cause.

Wasting (weight loss), unable to use legs, neurological symptoms (dizzy)...if I had to guess, you are dealing with Marek's disease. But getting confirmation would be a good idea.

They were vaccinated at hatchery before shipment for Mareks and I dont think Mareks would be so random would it? Wouldnt it go through and wipe out entire flock rather than randomly take a bird throughout the months and years?

No, it doesn't wipe out all birds - if it did, then chickens wouldn't exist anymore - Marek's has been around Long Time.

Vaccination helps prevent formation of tumors, it does not prevent infection from the virus. Vaccinated birds get sick all the time.

Random seems to be the way this disease works. Could be a number of other ailments...but the symptoms you describe seem to "fit".

Again...sending a bird or body to your lab for analysis will give you the best answers. Most labs will accept a live bird if you wish to submit them as well. They will take care of humanely euthanizing them instead of them wasting and starving to death.

OP mentioned having vaccinated AND unvaccinated birds. Depending what they were vaccinated for could be a cause, not sure though. Probable cause sounds like Marek's disease as @Wyorp Rock mentioned.

Untreated well water: Our well water is untreated and currently have iron water and we had hard sulfer water in Georgia and have had no issues with chickens.
However, if the well is near a septic tank/drain field, or agricultural chemicals leached into the water table, there could be problems not only with the chickens, but with people as well.

I agree the symptoms are very similar. Thank you I will try to contact state and see what cost is to have next bird sent off to them.
