Weird smiley problem?

Hello,

I replied to a thread on the forum, and I tried to put a happy face ---->

I then realised that the 'D' was lower-case, thinking that I had mistyped it, I edited it. It it stayed the same. I know that my capistals work, just confusing

I tried clicking on the smiley at the top, and it still didn't appear correctly.

I definetely typed it in higher case

It Tries To Correct You. If You Capitalize Everything, It Makes It Lowercase!

I used caps lock up there, by the way.
